We have been training for ten years and have worked with many clients looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve athletic performance, stay fit during pregnancy or simply achieve a healthier lifestyle. Parents to a very rambunctious toddler and fun loving infant. ¬†We have learned to juggle the tasks of healthy meal planning and cooking, maintaining our workouts and enjoying life all at the same time. We won’t say it’s easy, but when you put your mind to it you can do anything! We both have Bachelors degrees in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University, are Certified Personal Trainers and have specialized certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Lindsay is a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. Both of us enjoy everything Colorado has to offer including hiking, biking, camping, skiing, soccer, and of course breweries!


For all you expectant or current mothers, exercise is one of your greatest tools to keep your energy levels up.  However, it can be hard to fit it in and figure out how to achieve your goals. Lindsay will help you stay fit while you are pregnant and answer any of your questions about exercise and pregnancy. Also, she will help you get your core back after your little one arrives.
