Previous Challenges

tri 4 august

Tri 4 August is a distance challenge focusing in 3 areas – Swimming, Biking and Running
(Challenge starts August 1st and ends August 31st)
Now I know not everyone likes to do exactly these three things but here is what will count for each category…
Swimming – Swimming, rowing (machine or boat), running in the pool, etc. 
Biking – Outdoor biking, stationary bike, recumbent bike, hand bike (no motorized bikes)
Running – Running, treadmill, elliptical, stair stepper, etc.
To participate email me your total distance goal strengthtrain4life@gmail.com. This can be specific distances in each category or total distance overall. Each week I will contact you to get your total distance for the week and I will post your distance here. I encourage everyone to do at least 1 mile in each category.

“Going the Distance” Challenge:

Who can participate: Anyone (email, comment, FB or Instagram me to get started)

What: Set a distance goal for yourself to achieve in the month of June. It can be daily distance via a pedometer, running, biking, hiking, walking, crawling or swimming a certain amount, etc.
