Working the muscles of the chest…

Push Ups – This exercise is great for building up strength in your chest and arms. Support yourself face down with arms and legs about shoulder width apart. Inhale as you bend your elbows  to bring your chest as close to the ground as you can without letting your lower back sag. Breath out as your push back up.  To make this exercise easier utilize a counter, rail or ledge to preform this movement at an incline. As you feel more comfortable and the push ups get easier move yourself close to the ground. To make this exercise harder place feet together and/or preform this is a decline position (feet higher than your arms).
