Pork Chops with Veggies

Ingredients
1 pound Pork Chops
Carrots
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Olive oil or Grape seed oil
Mrs. Dash
 
Instructions

  1. Pre-heat grill.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350. Place all carrots, broccoli and cauliflower pieces into a large bowl and mix in olive oil. Spread on cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil.
  3. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper. Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Place pork chops on the grill and sprinkle garlic salt and pepper.
  5. Enjoy!
