Asparagus and Bacon side
Feeds 1 person for 5 days

Ingredients:
2 Asparagus bundles
1 pkg of Uncured bacon

Directions:

  1. Cut bacon into small chunks and place in baking skillet on medium high heat.
  2. Meanwhile, cut ends off asparagus (approximately 1 inch) and throw away. Then cut asparagus stocks into thirds.
  3. Cook bacon until ¾ done.
  4. Add asparagus and cook until asparagus is cooked to your desire.
  5. Enjoy!
