Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

20 ounce Milk of choice (Almond, Whole Milk or Coconut)

1 Tbsp Nut Butter

2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (or if you are using Vanilla or Plain flavored protein add 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder)

Mix in blender and enjoy!


 Banana Chocolate Delight

20 ounce Milk of choice (Almond, Whole Milk or Coconut)

1/2 Banana

2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (or if you are using Vanilla or Plain flavored protein add 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder)

Mix in blender and enjoy!


Berry-licious

15 ounce milk of choice

1/2 cup of frozen dark berries

2 Scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder

Mix in blender and enjoy!


Pina Colada

15 ounces Coconut Milk

1/2 orange

1/4 banana

1/4 cup pineapple

2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

Ice

Mix in blender and enjoy!


 

Pumpkin Pie Delight

15 ounces milk of choice

2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Tbsp Almond Butter

Mix in blender and enjoy!
