Banana Chia Seed Pudding

Serving size: 1/4 cup
Feeds: 1-2 people

1/4 cup Coconut milk
1 banana
2 tbsp Chia Seeds

In blender mix the banana and the coconut milk together on medium speed for approximately 2 minutes. Add chia seeds and pulse several times till completely blended. Place in a dish with a cover and cool overnight.
