50 Supermans
50 shoulder taps (plank Position)

20 jumping lunges
20 sit ups
20 push-ups
20 Jumping squats
¼ mile sprint

Warm-Up: 10 minute run
10 lunge each leg
10 Stair steps/jumps per leg
Workout:
20 jumping Lunges
20 V-sit abs
20 Box Jumps
100 Jump Ropes
Repeat 4x’s
5 minute walk to cool down
Stretch
