Tips of the day:
#1 When deciding how much protein you need each meal simply look at your fist. Women need approximately 1 fist size of meat per meal and men need 2 fist size portions!
#2 If you are using a pedometer you should try to get at least 10,000 steps per day. This will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle and help you reach your fitness goals faster.
