A More Affordable Boot-Camp Workout Without the Crowds.

How It Works

When you schedule your first session, together we determine your base strength and aerobic fitness level. We then pair you with the right group of other people at a similar fitness level. Viola! You have an instant bunch of equally motivated workout buddies, whether you are an Ironman triathlete in your twenties, or a complete fitness newbie in your fifties.

We can also accommodate a group of friends, so contact us about bringing in your own personal small group.

It’s more fun than a solo workout and a lot better for you than poker!

The Small Group Fitness Classes

These classes are held at our Centennial headquarters, last an hour, and consist of roughly 10 people. The class is small enough to ensure individualized attention to correct movement and intensity tailored specifically to you. Our group fitness classes are challenging and hard, but also a lot of fun.

We emphasize strength training and aerobic conditioning for all ages and fitness levels.

Are you an accomplished athlete? If so, you will cross-train for maximum strength, endurance, and injury prevention, to allow you to take your sport to the next level. Our instructors will engage in a dialogue about your specific goals, and tailor workouts that will help you reach them.

Or perhaps you are currently out of shape, overweight, have never touched a dumbbell in your life, or are just trying to fit back into your skinny jeans?

We will teach you the basics of fitness, aerobic conditioning and nutrition in a safe, supportive, yet challenging environment.

It’s for Weight Loss

Our Small Group Fitness Training don’t emphasize weight loss per se…we don’t believe in fad diets or “miracle” weight loss regimens. But guess what? When your heart rate goes up a few times a week, you rev up your metabolism. When you strength train you burn fat and add lean muscle. We can also teach nutrition basics that will leave you feeling satisfied with what you eat, so you don’t crave the junkie stuff. Over time this all adds up to weight loss that is healthy, sustainable and lasting. We’ve seen the pounds melt off our clients over time.
